Bryan is a self-described introvert who spends the majority of his time reading, writing, gaming, or just staring suspiciously out the window of his ground-floor apartment. He has been described by others as weird, crazy, and strange. High school friends even gave him the nickname “Twisted” due to his peculiar sense of humour. In his defense, growing up in the Prairies can mess with anyone.
A creature of contradiction, Bryan also enjoys getting out and doing things. He loves skiing, hiking, biking, soccer, and hockey. He also likes to endanger his own life by engaging in activities such as skydiving, paragliding, and riding a bike across Europe (Italian drivers are crazy!). Bryan recently published a psychological thrillers What Dark Passages.
There’s another thing Bryan loves – beer! The BC Craft Beer scene has been growing like crazy and there’s never been more amazing beers to talk about than there is now. Bryan has a wide and accommodating palate; whether its a tasty low-IBU ale or a ride on the IBU train to Hop Country, he’s happy to drink and share a story about the ride.
Bryan is the BC Craft Beer Correspondent for the Food Bloggers of Canada.
