* 1 lb lean ground beef
* 1/2 lb ground pork
* 1/2 lb ground veal
* 3/4 cup large-curd cottage cheese
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
* 1/2 cup dry unseasoned breadcrumbs
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup tomato sauce
* 1/4 cup dry red wine
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon salt (to taste)
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Pack into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
