Remember going to Famoso for the event featuring world acclaimed pizza chef Roberto Caporuscio from New York City and truly enjoyed the pizzas, I purchased a deal voucher to re-visit Famoso. I wanted to see if their pizzas taste just as good without the live guidance of chef Caporuscio. I wanted to do it now also because of our recent trip to Naples, where we had the authentic Neapolitan pizzas from L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, a local pizzeria that has been around since 1870.

Bestie – Sausage Party in Chinatown
There's a new bratwurst in town that I keep hearing about from people and it took me awhile to figure out where it was. There are two styles to the dishes, one is currywurst in which they slice the sausage for you and put it on top of fries with house made curry ketchup; the other is the sausage and sauerkraut where they leave the sausage whole, with fries and sauerkraut on the side.
[Wines] 2014 Vancouver International Wine Festival – International Tasting Room Recap
The 2014 Vancouver International Wine Festival has come to an end, and we were invited to cover two events. First of all, a glimpse of the International Tasting Room. There were various sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We went to Thursday evening one; apparently it also tends to be the most "tame" session of all.
