Donnelly Group Dine Out Preview Tour #DOVF

We were invited to go on a tour to check out the various Donnelly Group properties and their Dine Out Vancouver menu. Donnelly Group locations are offering their Dine Out menu at $20. Executive Chef Alvin Pillay has recently returned to the company group, and he's quite proud of the menus that he's put together. After tasting some of the items, I thought it's pretty good value for the money. The menu seems ordinary, but executive chef and the kitchen teams have added some flare to the classics. Pick a location that offers the vibe and atmosphere that you want, a $20 3-course dinner isn't such a bad idea for a dinner out.

The Cannibal Cafe Downtown – Are You Bacon Bad?

Because I take the Canada Line to work everyday, as I exit the Waterfront station I would see the banner sign of the Cannibal Cafe. Supermarine focuses on sustainable, seasonal, local products, highlighting the best that our farmers and fishers can offer. There are a number of staple items on the menu with seasonal dishes as well as daily features.

A new Chinese restaurant popped up in Central Richmond earlier last month -- Home BBQ, serving Szechuan Chinese dishes such as grilled skewers and spicy chili hotpot 麻辣燙. Out of curiosity, we checked it out.
