This is Crème de la Crumb's first time participating in the Hot Chocolate Festival, and I think they deserve some extra love. If you like peanut butter & jelly or Black Forest Cake, check out Crème de la Crumb for their hot chocolate creations.
As per my annual tradition, I reviewed all the Dine Out Vancouver 2026 menus and put together a shortlist to help fellow foodies (and myself) choose. 450+ restaurants are offering prix fixe menus, mostly between $25 and $70.
A murder took place at the wedding we went to last weekend!! Don't worry, it was a wedding themed event hosted by Vancouver Mysteries, part of a drag murder mystery series called Murder Is A Drag. Mr. and I were dressed to the nines as wedding guests, showing up at Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites.
Here is a select list of food & drink events happening around town between July and September 2025. They are most likely in Vancouver but I'll try to cover the Lower Mainland and beyond, as much as I can. Obviously, I can't know everything and can't cover everything, but I will continue to update this list until the next quarter comes.
The Neate family (owner of JJ Bean Coffee) first started their business in Vancouver in the 1940s delivering coffee and donuts around town. The donut aspect was lost over the years but now they're bringing it back. Enters Neate Donuts at the Oceanic Plaza. The grand opening promotion is not until May 5-10 but I was in the area so I had to go check it out.
