Vancouver Fish Company – The Ocean Wise Festival 2016 Menu

The Vancouver Fish Company has opened its door since September 2014. Chang’An Restaurant 品味長安 – Chinese Fine Dining in Downtown Vancouver

Our friends at ChineseBites invited me to a Chinese fine dining experience at Chang'An Restaurant. It's located right under the Granville Bridge, where Nu and Stonegrill used to be, with the gorgeous view of the False Creek. It turned out to be an elaborate 17-course dinner. Hold the drool! This is going to be a long and delicious post!

Salmon House on the Hill – Classics Done Right [Dine Out Vancouver 2015]

One of which was Salmon House in West Vancouver. This year, they had a pretty appealing menu for DOV, and so Mr. and I invited Mama and Papa Lam to join us for dinner.
