Tocador – Cocktails and Cuban Inspired Eats in Mount Pleasant

Cuban inspired restaurant in Vancouver? You don't see many of them around, but there's one right in Mount Pleasant. Tocador opened just last year and it's all about the cocktail menu and share plates. I actually had the pleasure to interview one of its co-owners, Guy, a few years ago. Mon Paris Patisserie + #vanfoodiesturn8 Giveaway

I was quite excited when Mon Paris opened up in Burnaby. I was following them on Instagram and the cakes were just beautiful! I also love that it's near the Metrotown Skytrain station, which means easy access from Coquitlam or downtown. Now is your chance to try some goodies from Mon Paris. I'm giving away a holiday gift basket from Mon Paris valued at $50.

When Mr. and I planned a dinner out with my colleague SM and fiance Chris, we decided on Wildebeest because its menu was quite intriguing. Intriguing, how? There's a lot of game meat on the menu. And we ordered a lot of them.
