Here is a select list of food & drink events happening around town between July and September 2025. They are most likely in Vancouver but I'll try to cover the Lower Mainland and beyond, as much as I can. Obviously, I can't know everything and can't cover everything, but I will continue to update this list until the next quarter comes.
I recently went on a walking food tour along the West End of Robson Street in Vancouver. That area has always been known as a foodie spot, with a wide variety of restaurants scattered across several blocks. On this tour, we checked out six restaurants, cafes and bubble tea shops on Robson Street, all within walking distance to each other. Announced last night at an invitation-only ceremony was the third edition of the MICHELIN Guide for Vancouver. A total of ten Vancouver restaurants are now one-MICHELIN-Starred, plus 16 with the Bib Gourmand designations, and 50 Recommended eateries.
I was invited to the sold-out BC Food & Beverage Awards ceremony yesterday, and what a celebration of BC-made food & beverage products! Set at the beautiful Rocky Mountaineer Station, hundreds gathered to not only celebrate food and drinks produced in British Columbia, but to also recognize trailblazers and businesses that are making an environmental or social impact.
I was invited to attend the 2023 Vancouver's MICHELIN Guide ceremony and celebrate with all the chefs and restaurateurs. 77 restaurants were recognized, including 9 one-MICHELIN Stars, 17 Bib Gourmands, and 51 Recommended restaurants. Here's the full list.
