In fact, this is the 10th annual Hot Chocolate Festival. 44 different locations offering more than 110 flavours over a 4-week period, up until Valentine's Day. First stop is the 1931 Gallery Bistro, upstairs from the Vancouver Art Gallery. They serve up 4 creations inspired by art.
