He’s a real manly man that doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty to do what needs to be done. A self proclaimed backyard mechanic, he always tends to have more projects on hand than he can finish. He also has many other interests, such as target shooting and digital photography. Mr. is a strong believer of function over form, and that translates into food. He doesn’t take kindly to any of the snobby pretentious crap some dare call “fine dining”. In the end of the day, if it doesn’t taste good, it doesn’t taste good, no matter how refined the presentation is and/or how steep the price tag is. His take-no-prisoners approach will give you an honest and down-to-earth view of the food you love or hate to eat.
