Eat Vancouver Part 1 – Things I Liked vs Didn’t Like

Last weekend, I sent myself and Mr. to check out Eat! Vancouver 2011. The biggest food consumer show in town, Eat Vancouver attracts visitors in the thousands each day. Except for the Pet Food section, we dropped by almost every booth at the event. If you didn't go to the show, it's actually impossible to tell you everything, so we will give you a glimpse of what you missed.

Arts Club’s Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes ft. Chef Ned Bell

Mr. and I received an invitation to attend one of the Arts Club Theatre's Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes, and it turned out to be one featuring Chef Ned Bell. Chef Bell is the Head Chef of the new Rosewood Hotel Georgia, which is due to open in June. We had a wonderful meal specially prepared by one of the celebrity chefs in town, enjoyed the interaction with Chef Bell and watching him demonstrate throughout the evening.

Event: Arts Club’s Spring 2011 Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes

The Arts Club Theatre Company just announced the lineup of its spring 2011 Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes series. It's similar to the Edible BC Market Dinner series, another great opportunity to meet some of the finest chefs in Vancouver and learn a few cooking tips and tricks from them.
