Bonchaz Bakery Cafe

Ever since the opening of Bonchaz Cafe, I've been intrigued by something called the bonchaz. My bus drives by it every morning and evening, and I have yet to give it a try. Finally there's a chance!! I walked by the store the other day and I just knew I had to walk in and pick some up.

None of us has ever been there before, but we have heard good things about the restaurant. Intrigued by all the praises it receives, despite the recent personnel change in the kitchen (Quang Dang replaced Dino Renaerts as the Executive Chef), I personally was hoping for a treat.

On V-Day, I had the pleasure of being treated to a delicious homemade dessert by Joyce. And yes, I’m referring to food (mind out of the gutter folks). Cheesecake Factory

On Facebook, I often saw my friends post pictures of a restaurant called Cheesecake Factory whenever they went to the States. It sounded like a must-go place in U.S. With a curious mind, I decided to check out the Bellevue store when I was enroute to Oregon.
