Until March 1, you will find the Frost & Fable Pop-up on Fridays and Saturdays at Hotel Belmont in Downtown Vancouver. Inspired by an ice cave bar experience, this pop-up serves up unique, interesting cocktails that are paired with an elevated bar bite menu. I had the pleasure to preview this pop-up with Mr., so let me tell you more about it.
This year's Valetine's and Galetine's Day may be behind us, but we don't stop celebrating love. Bring your gals, pals and valentine to this pop-up bar at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. It's called "Blush" and it's only open Tuesdays to Saturdays until February 29.
I was invited to bring a guest (guess whom I brought?) to sample the Dine Out menu of a Donnelly Group restaurant of my choice, including wine pairings. They are all $20 menus. After perusing them, I decided on the Granville Room. Why? I will get to that in a moment.
