By invitation we checked out the brunch menu at the District Brasserie in North Vancouver. As suburbers, normally we wouldn't trek all the way to North Van for food, but a couple of items on the menu intrigued us so we decided to give it a try.

After a short hike on a chilly Saturday morning, we popped into Burgoo in North Van for a late lunch. We were a little tired, a little cold, and very hungry. It was well past lunch time.
Forage [Dine Out Vancouver 2014]
The one Dine Out that I most looked forward to this year was at Forage. Since the menu was released, there has been a lot of buzz about it. And people had been raving about it since the event kicked off on January 17. Finally my day has come to give it a try.

Christmas Brunch at Dockside Restaurant
It has become a family tradition to go out for a Christmas Day buffet brunch every year. This year, we chose Dockside Restaurant at the Granville Island Hotel; its long menu caught our attention.
