Mr. and I went to a coffee tasting experience with Umbria Coffee Roasters. We tasted a variety of their coffee, learned about the philosophy of roasting Italian style coffee, and even had a chance to play barista with their commercial espresso machine. We went home with some of the Caffe Umbria products and of course, we put what we learned to the test.

This menu was made possible with an interesting selection of products available at directfood.store, an online grocery platform that provides a digital marketplace for local farms. I recently ordered a delivery, complimentary of the company, and I was intrigued by what they offer.
[News] $125K Grant Program to Support Vancouver Restaurants in Launching Delivery Concepts
I am excited to be a part of the NBRHD Restaurant Development Program, initiated by REEF Technology, to help Vancouver restaurants launch a delivery business. The restaurant industry has been hit hard this past year due to COVID, and many have turned to delivery and other innovative ways to keep their business afloat. This private grant money will provide some relief to a few restaurants, and perhaps help expand, preserve, or resurrect some beloved culinary concepts from going under and be lost forever.
