[Wines] 2014 Vancouver International Wine Festival – International Tasting Room Recap

The 2014 Vancouver International Wine Festival has come to an end, and we were invited to cover two events. First of all, a glimpse of the International Tasting Room. There were various sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We went to Thursday evening one; apparently it also tends to be the most "tame" session of all.

Faubourg Downtown – Great Addition for Your Pastry Craving

Earlier this year I visited the Faubourg in Kerrisdale for the first time, and learned that they were opening a new store in downtown. Well, time flies. A few months later, the new Faubourg on Hornby has opened its door and I of course had to swing by to check it out.

[Food Truck] Ze Bite

On a crisp, chilly fall day, I walked a couple of blocks over to the Ze Bite truck. I was craving for a nice stew.

European Travels

For 3 weeks, I disappeared from Vancouver to go travel a little in Europe. We went from country to country, then flew back home.
