I took the time to review all the Dine Out Vancouver 2025 menus and here are what caught my eyes, based on past experiences, Google reviews, as well as menu attractiveness. 430+ restaurants are offering prix fixe menus, mostly between $20 and $65.

The highly anticipated PABLO Japanese Bakery will open its doors on July 21! PABLO is famous for their decadent cheese tarts and it has won over the hearts of many in Japan. They have locations in other parts of Canada and the first Vancouver location at 511 West Broadway is finally opening! I was one of the lucky ones to have a sneak preview of the interior and a tasting of the menu.
Just announced are 10 additions to Vancouver's MICHELIN Guide and they are now added to the Recommended category. This brings the entire Michelin Guide Vancouver list to 70 restaurants.
