I made it over to the Street Food City with my colleagues. Of the list of participating food trucks, some I have already tried, some I'm not particularly interested in. I had my eyes set on the Kaboom Box and that's exactly where I headed.

We ordered their "classic" youcanhascheeseburger. I'm sure you are familiar with the saying on the interwebz. It's made with a grilled cheese sandwich, topped with beef patty, tomato, lettuce, bacon, sauce, and another grilled cheese sandwich. Yes that's a burger stuffed between two buttery grilled cheesed sandwiches. The word epic does not begin to describe the excessiveness of this sandwich.

For weeks I have been wanting to eat at this truck. I want to go on a Monday to try its Monday's special. Oh where, you ask? It's the popular Mom's Grilled Cheese Truck.
