Meat & Bread (Pender Street)

The Elvis Platter: appropriately named as it was what turned Elvis fat, possibly. [VanFoodies eat Portland] Brunch Box: For the Hungry [Food Truck]

We ordered their "classic" youcanhascheeseburger. I'm sure you are familiar with the saying on the interwebz. It's made with a grilled cheese sandwich, topped with beef patty, tomato, lettuce, bacon, sauce, and another grilled cheese sandwich. Yes that's a burger stuffed between two buttery grilled cheesed sandwiches. The word epic does not begin to describe the excessiveness of this sandwich.
