And the draw is: Red Racer Old School Lager. My first thought on this one was “Meh, Lager”. But if Steel & Oak has taught me anything, it’s that Lager doesn’t necessarily have to be a boring style. So I gave this one the benefit of the doubt, and I’m actually glad I did, because it’s not all that bad.

And the draw is: Parallel 49 Mr. Needles Fir Pale Ale. We have our first repeat from last year’s Craft Crossing advent calendar. That’s pretty impressive, to be honest, and is a great way of pointing out the great diversity we’re seeing in the box this year. Especially compared to year 1.

Alright, back to the winter theme with this one. The Red Racer Winter Ale pours amber with a generous tan head and an aroma of caramel and spices.

And the draw is: Parallel 49 Lil’ Red Sour Cherry Berliner Weisse. That’s a bit of a surprise. I have to admit, I didn’t think P49 would ever bring this one back.

And the draw is: Central City Red Racer Doppelbock. Yet another of the many styles I’m a big fan of, Doppelbocks are malty, tasty, and so, so easy to drink.
