2017 Holiday Collection at Real Canadian Superstore – What’s on My Shopping List?

I can’t believe we are just under 7 weeks away from Christmas! In fact, my work Christmas party is exactly 29 days away – that’s less than a month!! If you haven’t started panicking about holiday gifting, you probably should. I know I am now.

Here are some ideas to get you started. I was invited to a preview of Superstore’s holiday collections and after confirming with the agency, I can tell you that the new products should be in store now (I was told 2nd week of November). Let me share some of my favorites with you.

The Midnight Wish collection was definitely my favourite of them all. It is inspired by the starry sky on Christmas Eve and highlights the navy and gold trend. I was sold as soon as I saw the constellation line up!

Adding to my shopping list include the Dutch Oven, Galactic Water Bottle (or I call it the constellation bottle), Zodiac Mug (I’m a Sagittarius, by the way!).

The Winter Green was also quite nice.

A modern shade of green adorned with silver accents; festive yet suitable for everyday use this winter. Winter Green and Midnight Wish have a series of appetizer plates that are quite elegant looking but they are plastic – they are light-weight, and they won’t break easily!

On other hand, the Heritage Holiday and Nordic Cheer collections pull your heartstring with nostalgic, traditional holiday colours and patterns. The dishware and drinkware have simple, Canadiana icons in the design. Who’s going to say no to everything red during Christmas?!

The Black Christmas Tree with silver tips definitely caught my eyes. Very unconventional, kind of mysterious, but it’s quite festive once it’s dressed.

Especially, I was super interested in this Geo with Agate Drop Ornament.

And while you are deciding how to dress your tree, you may want to pick up this Furry Tree Skirt. I would probably just keep it year-round in front of the fireplace!

Walking around the kitchen section is my must-do when shopping at Superstore. Mr. has to stop me from buying things that we don’t really need but would look great at our home. I had to stop myself from buying everything from the Canada 150 collection earlier this year. Maybe I can convince him to let me pick up a few things from these holiday collections this season. Or maybe if I’m lucky, I’ll find them under the tree. Hehe.
