Just announced are 10 additions to Vancouver’s MICHELIN Guide and they are now added to the Recommended category. This brings the entire Michelin Guide Vancouver list to 70 restaurants.
According to the press release, there will be a 2023 edition of the full MICHELIN selection, and these 10 new restaurants can earn themselves Bib Gourmand or Star awards come Fall 2023.
And without further ado, here are the 10 restaurants that just made it on the MICHELIN Recommended list:
- Archer
- Bao Bei
- Farmer’s Apprentice
- Folke
- Hānai
- Karma Indian Bistro
- Motonobu Udon
- OKEYA KYUJIRO
- Sushi Hil
- Sushi Jin
