I’ve raved about this beer so many times, I think everyone and their dog knows exactly how I feel. But, just in case…
This is one of my all-time favourite beers. It’s big, bold, and filled with wonderful flavours. The pour is dark brown with a frothy head. Nose of bourbon, caramel, sweet. Taste dark fruits, caramel, and bourbon, bourbon, bourbon! The timing also couldn’t be better. Here we are with a polar vortex giving us a chilly kick to the shin and CC delivers us Thor’s Hammer to knock the cold right back. What I’m saying is this beer warms you up in the most pleasant way possible. Perfect for a cold night.
