Right away, this label made me think of the year I spent in Australia. On Christmas day it was nearly 40°C outside, with the cold, snowy winter back home just a dream. Imagine a land where the southern cross shines bright in the night sky, and the only white is the white crest of the wave Santa is riding in on. Probably while doing sick tricks on his board, because, why not?!

This beer pours a cloudy golden colour with a medium size white head. Aroma is fruity, kiwi, tart and sweet. Flavour brings out all those and more. The tartness is well balanced in this, not too strong, not too soft. I didn’t find the kiwi flavour to be super obvious, but it’s there if you look. Otherwise, solid tropical notes, with a touch of sweetness rounding this one out.
