Another Belgian beer from CC today (woo!), this time a Belgian Strong. How strong is it? 11.2% ABV. Yes, that’ll do. That’ll do.
This one pours a deep copper colour with a light head. Aroma offers yeast and dark fruits. Flavour of plum, raisin, brown sugar, a bit of breadiness, and some sweet caramel. Overall a pretty nice brew.
