And the draw is: Parallel 49 Rock The Bells Cranberry Sour
This beer opened the advent calendar last year, and I said something along the lines of “I would gladly drink (it) again”. Well, here’s my chance, and yes, I am glad.
The pour is reddish-brown, with a tiny white head (that seems to be a theme this year, very few beers with big heads). Aroma is tart, with cranberry notes. Taste opens up with a sour kick on the tongue, followed by a bit of light fruit flavour before it finishes, leaving behind a nice, lasting pucker in the mouth.
Totally arbitrary score with holiday reference: 3.75/5 Eggnoggs (With lots of rum)
